History
During The British Rule, Kolis Of Chandap Raised Against British Hukumat.Chandap (Chandap State) Was A Princely State Controlled By Kshatriya Koli Family Held The Title Of Thakor.There Was A Great Revolt By Kolis, The Kolis Of Chandap Killed Ten (10) Commanders Of British Government One By One. So British Government Totally Fired With Kolis. The British Wanted To Control The Kolis However. But Kolis Was Out Of Control Of British Rule. To Put Down The Kolis, The British Officials Surrounded The Chandap Town By Mortals (तोफ) & Attacked At Chandap. In This Mortal Attack, 900 Koli Rebellions Was Killed . The Chandap Town Was Totally Burnt (जल गया था) . It Was 17 October 1858.
Now This Day Celebrated As Chandap Koli Hatyakand & Koli Saheed Diwas.

Chandap (Chandap State) Was A Koli Princely State Ruled By Kshatriya Koli Family During British Rule. It Was 23Km From Princely State Of Idar. Idar State Also Ruled By A Koli Maharaja Named Hathi Sorad But He Killed By A Rajput By Cheat.
After 17 October 1858 Attack, The Population Of Chandap State Remained About 400 Souls.
